As ladies, we've all been there. Cramping like crazy, curled up in a ball with a heating pad, stuffing our faces with cupcakes and Aunt Flow just won't stop flowing. Gross right?! Preaching to the choir sister!

So what do I do to pull myself out of bed and get it together? Well here is my list of ways to make Aunt Flows' visit a little bit more bearable.

1. Soak in the tub with a good book and a fizzy bath bomb.

2. Get dressed up even if you don't feel like it. Trust me, you will feel 100x better!

3. Wear a bold lip color. We all have those days when we are constantly checking in the mirror to make sure Aunt Flow isn't trying to show, so why not make the focus on a fun lip color rather than your tushy. To make sure I stay leak free, I like to wear the U by Kotex® Cleanwear® Ultra Thin Pads – Style N’ Store Pack, Regular 29 count that have a 3D capture core with Xpress DRI to stop leaks, Tru-Fit wings to make sure they stay in place, and are super soft so you are comfortable all day long.

4. Toss out those boring old granny pads for some colorful fun ones by U by Kotex® that you will WANT to wear. For my days when Aunt Flow is being obnoxious I like to wear the U by Kotex® Cleanwear® Ultra Thin Pads – Style N’ Store Pack, Regular 29 count, and for the days I barely notice her around I will wear the U by Kotex® Barely There® Liners – Style N’ Store Pack, 80 count that keep me fresh and clean all day long! One of the great things about the new designs of U by Kotex® is the Style N' Store packs. They are super cute with bold patterns and colors. They also have a drawer that makes for easy storage in your linen closet. No need to go to a specialty store to find these bad boys, head to your nearest Walmart where you will find all of the Style N' Store options! Or you can shop them here.

5. Grab your girlfriends and head to the nearest coffee shop for some girl talk, coffee, and of course sweet treats! I mean what's better than venting over cupcakes with your gal pals?!

So "What Matters to U" when it comes to that time of the month, and what do you like to do to help yourself feel better?!
